Oscar wilde

Oscar Wilde was a famous novelist, playwriter and poet in the nineteenth century. He was born on the sixteen of October in 1854 in Dublin, Ireland. His father, William Wilde, was the most famous surgeon specialized in ophthalmologic. Moreover, he wrote books about Irish archaeology and peasant and his mother, Jane Wilde,  was a successful novelist or writer too, and she was best known for being a supporter of the nationalist movement. Furthermore his brother called Willie Wilde was a famous journalist and his sister called Isola died because of meningitis when she was 9 years and Oscar Wilde wrote a poem dedicated to her called "Requiescat" and published in her book "Poems" 1881. In 1871 he studied classics in Trinity College where he met J. P Mahaffy who inspired his interest in Greek Literature and also he met Mahaffy his best professor, according to him and the man who taught him to love Greek things and who created his personality. In 1884 when he had 30 years old he married with Constance Marie Lloyd, a famous novelist too who published a book about children's stories called "There was Once" inspired on stories of her grandmother . They had two sons, Cyril and Vyvyan Wilde. However, Oscar Wilde started an affair with Lord Alfred Bruce Douglas in 1891. But the father's Douglas, John Sholto Douglas, accused him of being homosexual and Oscar Wilde was arrested and also he was sentenced for 2 years in a jail called "Reading". There Wilde wrote "De Profundis" a long letter which describes the spiritual journey that he experienced in his judgments. In that moment his wife Constance Lloyd took their sons to Switzerland and she changed the surnamed of her children to Holland, Cyril and Vyvyan Holland,  by deception and dishonor of Wilde. Meanwhile he stayed in Europe with a delicate and several health. Oscar Wilde died on the thirty of November in 1900 in Paris because of meningitis. 

His most famous works were "The picture of Dorian Gray" and "The Importance of being Earnest". "Lady Windermere's Fan" and "An Ideal husband" were very famous too and the "Sphinx" was his most famous poem.

My Idol

She was born on the 22 of July in 1992 in Grand Prairie, Texas. She is an American actress, singer, model and fashion designer. Selena Gomez is my role model for many reasons. She is very kind, cheerful, beautiful, also she always wants to help people even she is an ambassador for UNICEF, she is involved with the charity Raise which helps raise awareness about conflicts minerals and violence against women and also in Disney's Friends for Change which is an organization about environment too, she is very supportive and I admired her for that. The first time where she appeared on TV was in 2000 in the programme called Barney and Friends. Then she appeared as protagonist called Alex Russo in Wizards of Waverly Place since 2012. However she is best known for being ex girlfriend of Justin Bieber. She has a genre dance-pop and also electropop such as "I want you to know" written by Zedd who is a famous DJ.In 2008 she started in the world of music with her band called Selena Gomez and The Scene and in 2009 published her first album "Kiss and Tell". In 2010 published "A year without rain" one of her most famous albums and "When the sun goes down" in 2011. In 2015 she have made a new album called Revival which is a success. In 2010 she starred her first role in a movie called "Ramona and Beezus", also she appeared as protagonist in the movie Monte Carlo, Hotel Transylvania and Spring Breakers. Respect to fashion, she is model in campaigns such as Adidas Neo and Pantene and also she has a clothing line called Dream Out Loud.

What freedom means to me

Freedom is for example do whatever you want and say how you feel, go out with your friends or anyone, travel and discover new places that you have never seen before, eat and taste new foods, dance and have a good time, read whatever books you want and drink with limits. This is the point, you can do things you like but always with limits and sometimes prohibitions because if we would live in a world where there aren't limits that will be terrifying. But prohibitions in some aspects should not exist for example no one has the right to prohibite anything to a person or forbid you to do things you do not want. On the other hand many people don't deserve to be free because in a specific moment of their lives have done bad things like kill a person. Freedom is fair to those people who have been working hard and they are good people. 

To sum up, freedom is one of the most important things in our lives because when you are free you feel happy and you have time to discover new things.

Our world

 Our world is facing with a lot of environmental problems such as air pollution, water pollution or even deforestation. Everyday our environment changes and it is getting worse. However, many people don't be concerned that it is a huge problem and this has to changes.
In order to overcome these problems, everyone should recycle, don't throw away rubbish into the sea because fishes will die, in the streets or in the woods because these will burn and don't use the car a lot and use other transport such as bicycle because exhaust fumes pollute the air. Other examples which pollute the air are industries or factories. Moreover, there are many temperature changes, rise in sea levels, destruction of coral reefs in the various oceans and these problems have been created by us.
On the other hand, in my family everybody recycle. My parents are very serious with these kind of problems and they always have told me that the environment is like our home and I have to take care of it. Also we need to know that energy is an other factor. We shouldn't turn on the TV if we don't watch it or having a shower in 45 minutes or even switch on air conditioner when it isn't necessary, taking car to arrive in 5 minutes etc...This is very comfortable for us but not for the world.
Overall, we have aware that environment is getting worse day by day and we will suffer the consequences if we don't put a solution as soon as possible. We could change the point of view of those who don't care the environment and also we could teach them what kind of things are good and are bad for this situation. Many people know about that but now aren't worry, it isn't an interesting issue for them. Anyway we have to try and change their mind!

The person whom I admire

The person whom I admire is my mom. She always be there when I need her, she support me all the time, she give me a lot of advice about future and about being a good person. I admire her for her strength, above all, in hard moments, for her knowledge because she knows about many health issues and for this I don't have to go at the doctor unless it is serious and for her courage and also I admire her for has a good sense of humor. This is fantastic because when I feel sad she makes me laugh and she cheers me. But my mother and I have many fights. The reason is that we have the same personality and we are very bipolar and she is very protective and I make snap decisions and I think these are the reasons for I have fights with her but at the end I always feel bad or she and we apologize. One the other hand, I look alike my father. Both have the same upturned nose, mouth, eye shape and size and jet-black hair. But in character I am like my mother, we are painfully shy, generous, kind, cheerful and sometimes we are bossy. To sum up, I grow up a stable home and full of happiness. I love my family, my sister, my grandparents, my parents all of them. They  educated me and bring me to this world and I've received many support of my family but my mom is the one for me because without mom you aren't the same person. Your father, your sister or your brother and even your grandparents can give you love but it isn't the same. To my mind the love of a mother can never be replaced.

My future

At the beginning, when I was in high school I didn't know I wanted to be or what degree study. I had a lot of questions in my head and they hadn't answer. I liked everything but at the same time nothing. Since I was a child, I loved English. I saw movies and I listened to music in English and it was one of my favourite hobbies but I never thought to study English because I liked it but I didn't like to teach it. However, right now I'm studying English and when I finished it I would like to travel around all the cities that I studied. To be there a long time and meeting the culture, accent, customs etc...Moreover, talk to people who live there and improve my English. Then, when I return of my 'trip', I will look a work as an English teacher, do you believe it? Nowadays, I love this work. I think that working on this way has to be an amazing experience. Teaching to people the language which they don't know or improving their knowledges and sharing with them my passion. On the other hand If I don't found a work as a teacher, probably I would do an other degree such as Biology and specialize me on marine biology, this is my other passion. Also I would like working in Au pair. This programme allows you to travel a foreign country and work as a babysitter. You look after the children of a family and  parents gives you a home for 9 months. In conclusion, I want to be an excellent English teacher and this is my priority and my future.

Smartphones- A good invention?

Nowadays, smartphones have changed our lifestyle in many aspects. Everybody has a smartphone and they love it but the majority are addicted. So, it is a great invention? From my point of view, there are a lot of advantages and disadvantages.

The first advantage I see it is you can get in touch with your family or friends who lives in a different country. Other good point is you can download famous apps such as Snapchat, Instagram and Twitter and see immediately what happened in the world and seeing important news. Moreover you can taking pictures or making videos with a good quality. Furthermore you could check your e-mail in a few second and it isn't necessary to go home and see it.

On the other hand, this invention have disadvantages. Mainly, you won't have any privacy. People can see your photos or even your personal information in Internet. Other problem is addiction. Usually we use smartphones  for everything. For example, to learn to cook, to learn how to make up or for watching or downloading the last film or the most famous songs. Because of this, you are isolated from world. In addition you have to charge your battery each half an hour.

To sum up, it is a great invention if people use it with more control and use it for more important things. I like this invention because I can do a lot of things however I think that I could live without this technology but many people couldn't.

 INTRODUCTION

University exams are difficult because you have to study many content to pass at the following year. However, university exams have advantages such as there are opportunities to repeat the exams or although they are harder than in the high school they give you the opportunity of study what you want. For example, when you were in high school you had to study subjects that you didn't like. Likewise, university exams have disadvantages. You have to study hard or even in some exams you have to answer quickly because there isn't time and the professor put difficult questions. In general, university exams are more difficult, there are few opportunities to pass without subjects the following year and it's very stressful.

Conclusion

In conclusion, university exams are harder than in high school because there is more theory and in the exams some professors are very strict and usually we are stressed because of this. However, some professors try to help us and give us advice to pass without difficult but in general the university exams are hard experience.

The disadvantges of taking drugs

Drugs are poisons. They damage seriously our health. Moreover, nowadays drugs are one of the most dangerous addictions. Although in many countries such as United States is legal taking them with a medic prescription for people who have mental problems such as anxiety or depression but without abuse of them, just small amounts. On the one hand is very different going out with your friends and taking a little bit of alcohol or smoking a few cigarettes. And on the other hand is different taking marihuana, cocaine and other substances. Drugs has many disadvantages for example damage our mental health and also they hurt yourself.

Mental health develops an important role in our body. If you have a good mental health you can do a lot of things and you feel happy. However, if you take drugs you will feel very nervous and they will transform your personality. You will getting angry because each time you will want more and more and also they will change your physic appearance. 

In addition you will hurt yourself. When you take them you think that your life will change, you will very happy, unstressed with more energy and even you will have your own control. But this is a lie, you will destroy your life and this one will change radically. Your drug-free friends will avoid you . They won't want to be close of you. Moreover you will waste your all money only in drugs.

To sum up, drugs are dangerous for you. You can kill yourself very slowly taking them. This problem, unfortunalety, is very serious in the whole world becuase the mayority of teenagers used them to be more mature or cool without being concern about their consequences. I don't understand why  people knowing how they are they still taking them because they make us to be unhappy.

Bullying

Nowadays, there is a big problem in our society. To my mind, most of the people will have this problem because there are many bad people. The problem is bullying and many people kill themselves for this reason and it's horrible. Why don't these kind of people think about the consequences? Normally, the bullying affect to teenagers. Yesterday I watched a video-clip on Facebook about this case and in the video appears a mother very angry and sad because her son kill himself because his "friends" told him that he was very fat, very ugly, very odd because he liked to go hunting with his father. In addition they sent him many messages such as you don't deserve to be alive because nobody love you. This boy suffered bullying for 8 years and his family didn't know about the situation. One day, he left a letter to his mom. In this letter he told her that he didn't want to be in this world because he couldn't with this situation and he explained her everything and finally he isn't in this world. For this reason, we can't allow this. To my mind, everyone have right to give an opinion about a person but we shouldn't tell if this girl or boy is fat or is awful or criticize the personality or the likes of a person because we don't know how that person will act. It's very sad that one person tell bad things to feel good with him/her self. No one have right to criticize without reason. Nobody is similar, everyone is different and each one should feel good with yourself without make hurt.

One the one hand, the university has advantages, for example it gives you the opportunity to study what you want. But also it has disadvantages such as you have many expenses because the books of university aren't cheap, you have few opportunities to pass without subjects and sometimes you feel stressed because of you have a lot of presentations in class. However, this worth it because it will transform us as professionals in the future.

If I won the lottery

If I won a lot of money in the lottery, I would be very happy because I would like to travel around the world as well as I would give part of my money to the poor people. To my mind, the money gives the freedom because if you are in a bad situation, you are angry or you don´t want to be in your parents house, always you can go an other place you will be free and if you haven`t enough money you can`t allow it. Also you can go to the Isles of Bora Bora, at the Caribbean or even dinner at an expensive restaurant when you want. I am not an ambitious person but everyone needs a whims in their lives. In my life I would like to do things that without money I couldn´t do it for example go to New York or living in London. But sometimes the money make us to be a selfish persons for example in the heritage issues. I think that money isn´t very important, it`s necessary. To sum up, the money allows you do many things but it can´t buy the love or the friendship.

Practice: City or Montaine

Firstly, when you are living in the city you can go to many places like at the cinema, to buy clothes, going out with your friends or having a date with your boyfriend at a famous restaurant. Similarly, you have the hospital closer, shops, banks, shopping centres, you meet many people and probably you will go a famous events and also you can go to some places without taking the car. However, this place is noisier than living outside. And if you are living in the montaine, in a rural house, the only thing that you will listen it will be nature sounds. Likewise, you can relax and enjoy the peace. On the other hand living in the mountaine have disadvantages: when you want to go at the cinema or buy food even if there is an emergency you have to take the car as these places are farthest than in the city also this place is cold and probably you will miss the sun and heat, owing to it rains so much. Although these places are beautiful I will prefer living in the mountain.

My Life in Murcia

I´m in Murcia since one month and I will tell you my experience. In the beginning I didn´t like Murcia, I would prefer Lorca because many of my friends are there and my whole family and I was sad. I was anxious to go the weekends to be with them because I didn´t know anyone in Murcia except one of my best friends Selena, also she is from Lorca. She helped me not to be sad, she made me laugh and also she gave me advice, she is so sweet and we are sharing a flat with other girl named Melisa, she is very nice and sometimes we go out for an ice cream. Some days we go out with other people and we had so much fun. I love visit and see the cathedral, it´s so beautiful and huge and  I love the atmosphere, like them and also I love my degree. Therefore, for now I like to be in Murcia and I would like to see every corner.

Drugs

I´ve always dreamed with banned drugs, I hate them because many people use them for being happy or for enjoy the moment, this is ridiculous. Everyone can enjoy the moment without drugs just with the music and with the friends. Sometimes drink a little of alcohol, is not bad. One of the disadvantages of taking drugs is that damage the health, for example with the cocaine you can see many hallucinations and other side effects that they can cause the death. So if this happen, why do they take them? When you can go to the party with your friends and have a good time without drugs. When you take them there isn´t exit and also you can do many things that you don´t want and then you will be sorry. In conclusion, I am totally against to take drugs.

Practice: Whatsapp VS the real conversation

Whatsapp is an application which it likes everyone but also there are people who don´t like so much, like me. There are many advantages but I see more disadvantages. One the one hand you need internet connection to send and receive the messages when you can visit, without have to pay money, to your family or friends when you need it. But one the other hand Whatsapp is more comfortable because when you are working or you´re at the college you can´t visit to your family or friends and you can send a fast message to this person. But it makes that you lose communication in the real life and also you lose conversation topics. Many people when they are angry or disappointed send a message expressing their anger through this app instead of calling at this person. Also you find messages in this plan: "Why you don´t answer my whatsapps if you saw it? or "We need to talk because I don´t like your behavior? and messages of break, many hard words, misunderstandings, arguments...So, why are we do that? And the advantages are: if you want, no one will see your profile (picture, connection and status) and also they can´t download your profile picture if you don´t want, this is great! and you can send a message at other people who live in different country. In conclusion, I agree with send a message when you need it but I disagree with always being with whatsapp, I hate it. I use it as little as possible.

Practice: Giant´s Causeway

This place is fantastic because it isn´t noisy and you can listen to the waves peacefully and also the nature sounds, it is so relaxing! In this picture there are many rocks with different forms. One the one hand this can be dangerous because you can fall down and hurt you. And on the other hand it can be great because you can sitting and taking beautiful pictures and but I think that worth it have to risk because there aren´t words to describe it. In conclusion, I have to say that this place is wonderful to visit.

                  William Shakespeare was a famous writer and also an actor. His most famous stories are Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet and Julio César. He was born in April of 1564, in the village of Stratford-upon-Avon in United Kingdom. His family was poor and when he was a teenager he helped his father with the job. At the same time, he loved read. He was 18 when he married with Anne Hathaway and they had three children. One of them, Hamnet, died. It is possible that the story of Hamlet was dedicated to his son. Also he worked like a teacher and he was arrested. Finally he died in April of 1616 and he only published sixteen of his stories, the others were lost.

                                         Beautiful Cities

                   In Spain there are many places to visit and admire, for example: Barcelona, is one of the most famous cities of Spain, it's a huge city and it is wonderful. There are many monuments to visit like Sagrada Familia and you can visit the Camp Nou too. Madrid is a famous city too because you can visit the  Bernabeu  and there are many groups that perform in the concerts. Galicia has wonderful landscapes, Murcia has a huge and beautiful cathedral and there are many pubs where you can enjoy and Granada has a famous monument (La Alhambra). On the one hand it's wonderful to live in these kind of cities ( Barcelona, Madrid) because you can meet famous people and you can go to the most famous concerts in Spain too and on the other hand it's hard to live in these cities because there are many people and you can be anxious because of the noises and Madrid hasn't beaches . In conclusion, all the cities in Spain are beautiful. Our country has many beaches, festivals, beautiful landscapes and monuments, it's amazing to live in Spain.
